Dear friends, we all are in serious times. However, we are united in our pursuit of peace and well-being, and we are making every effort for our victory to the best of our ability.
Nevertheless, during the hostilities, we are all hostages of circumstances and cannot work as intended.
We inform you about the decisions we have made based on the current situation and give answers to questions that probably concern you:
- since the beginning of military operations until present, the company's management has stayed in Ukraine and coordinates all processes of activity related to the operation of the company in wartime and our aid to the country;
- as it stands today, the RIEL REC construction sites have not been damaged. It is obvious that during hostilities we do not carry out work on construction sites, but at the next opportunity we will resume operation;
- we, as a company, and you, as our clients, were affected by force majeure circumstances – therefore, we will not impose any punitive sanctions for real estate purchase contracts.
For communication, we keep in touch with our customers – our call centres, consultants and employees of the service department are available by phone and ready to provide you with more detailed information (all the phone numbers we use are valid).
Be sure that you and I are "at the same front line" and believe that in the near future we will return to a calm, peaceful life and recovering of our country.
We will inform you on further actions and news based on the current situation.
