One of the largest summer fundraisers, Heavenly Investment, ended with an incredible result. In less than two days, a joint initiative by MONOBANK, the Foundation Sternenko Community and our company RIEL raised UAH 85,809,501 in support of the Ukrainian Air Force — over UAH 15,000,000 more than planned.
The main prize — an apartment in the Nordica Residence Residential Complex in Kyiv — was raffled off among all participants. It was won by Oleh from Khmelnytskyi, who donated UAH 1,200 to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
He came to the capital with his family. The keys to the apartment were handed over by RIEL CEO Rostyslav Melnyk, after which everyone viewed the apartment and signed the documents.
“I always participate in the fundraising. But after that, I didn’t expect to actually win anything. We were shocked when we received a message from Monobank,’ said the winner.
This initiative was implemented jointly by Monobank and the Foundation Sternenko Community. The fundraiser raised UAH 85,809,501. These funds have already been used to purchase:
- 395 FPV drones — to intercept ‘Shaheds’
- 1,500 anti-aircraft FPV drones — to counter ‘lances’ and other enemy UAVs
“We would like to thank the responsible business, RIEL developer, for the opportunity to raffle off an apartment and raise such an impressive amount for drones. And we thank the people who trust and donate to the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” emphasised Oleksandr Skarlat, Director of the Foundation Sternenko Community.
“We should also thank the Foundation Sternenko — they do this best in Ukraine,” added Rostyslav Melnyk.
