Construction at the business-class Maxima Residence, located at 30 Konovaltsia Street in Kyiv, is progressing at a steady and active pace.
Section One: Glazing of the upper floors (17th and above) has been completed, and installation of window systems continues on the lower floors. Internal utilities are being installed on the upper levels.All ventilation equipment has been fully installed on the roof (100% completion). Façade works are actively underway. The service (freight) elevator has been installed, and installation of the passenger elevators has begun.
Section Two: Installation of window systems on the upper floors is ongoing. The roof is 95% complete. Installation of vertical engineering risers is in progress, along with preparations for the launch of façade works.
Section Three: Preparatory works for the installation of the raft foundation are nearing completion.
