Construction work is continuing on the eighth stage of the Velyka Brytaniia residential development.
Installation of the internal engineering services, including the water supply, heating and electrical systems, has now been completed across the development.
In Building 1.1, façade works are continuing, while installation of the internal electrical system has been completed. Floor screeding has also commenced, together with plastering of the walls in the communal areas.
In Building 1.2, plastering and skim-coating works are ongoing, while installation of floor tiles in the communal areas has also begun.
At the same time, installation of the external sewerage network is continuing.

For purchasers who choose to pay the full purchase price upfront, a 5% discount applies to the total value of the apartment.
