Construction of the Shengen Residential Complex in Lviv continues at a rapid pace.
In the third stage, 60% of the façade work has been completed in Buildings 9.1–9.2, and the installation of utility networks in common areas, including water and heating systems, has been finalized. In the seventh section, work continues on the internal finishing of non-residential premises. In Building 11, the plinth installation has been completed, the input distribution device has been installed, lifts are in place, and landscaping across the territory is ongoing.
In the fourth stage, work is underway across Sections B1–C1: the roof over the commercial premises is being installed. Installation of aluminium structures is 70% complete. Floor tiling in common areas has been completed, and finishing of internal structures has begun. Masonry of the internal walls of the commercial premises is nearing completion, and lift installation is 40% complete. In Section B2–C1, 70% of the restoration work on the stylobate has been completed.
