During the pandemic, more and more people rethought their own home significance. If it used to be of much importance to live close to work or a convenient transport interchange, now many Ukrainians choose housing with comfortable walking areas, playgrounds for children, sports and recreation.
Long before the pandemic, we at RIEL Real Estate Corporation, realized that people were looking not only for walls, they would be more and more interested in the internal and external filling of housing. This is how we got a project of rather residential space than residential complex, Riel City. What does it mean? Firstly, a car-free yard. Safety, environmental friendliness and peace of mind. Secondly, playgrounds and sports grounds, gazebos for relaxation, art space, squares and a lot of greenery. Thirdly, everything is made of high quality, energy efficient and reliable materials. Our philosophy is to spend more time on the territory, for which the open infrastructure was created.
This project is being successfully implemented. The improvement is being completed in two stages of construction. Here, paths for quiet walks are laid out, beautiful trees and bushes are planted, lawns have been made, art benches and lighting are equipped, playgrounds are installed for children, basketball and football fields are being arranged.
In our complex, the infrastructure is thought out in such a way that it suits everyone – noisy children, young men who love to play with the ball, adults who want to relax after a hard day, and elderly people who love peace and quiet, and most importantly, the whole territory is accessible for people with special needs.
