In the third stage, in section V-3, the arrangement of the floor slab of the second floor continues. In section V-2, the installation of wooden roof structures is being completed, and in section V-6, the arrangement of metal and wooden roof structures is underway. In section V-4, the floor slab of the seventh floor is being installed, and the walling continues on the fifth floor.

In the second stage, roofing works are underway in section B-1.
