Real Estate Corporation RIEL plans to invest in the reconstruction project of Solomianskyi Landscape Park together with the city and the community.
Solomianskyi Landscape Park in Kyiv, next to which RIEL has started construction of the new Park Life project, has not been reconstructed for a long time. Rostyslav Melnyk, CEO of Real Estate Corporation RIEL, spoke in support of its restoration in an interview with the LIGA business portal:
“Today, there is a project to reconstruct this park. We are ready to finalize this project with the city and the community. We are ready and will do it. To do this, we need to finalize a few basic things,” said Rostyslav Melnyk.
He also commented on recent activists protests against the developer’s felling of trees in Solomianskyi Park:
“We were accused of destroying the park. But we have not cut down a single tree in the park. Utilities have created a list of emergency trees that need to be cut down. On the contrary, we are in favor of creating the best park in Kyiv,” explained Rostyslav Melnyk. “Someone will not like any project. Even if you do something in your apartment, your neighbor may not like it. We have been on the market for more than 20 years and have encountered this many times, and we have always resolved the issue.”

As a reminder, sales of apartments in the Park Life business class residential complex have recently started. This is a modern business class residential complex consisting of three monolithic frame buildings with 741 apartments. It is being built in the capital at 1-3 Henerala Shapovala Street.
