As it is known, since October 1, preferential mortgage lending “eOseliia” has been operating in Ukraine. The government program provides that certain categories of citizens will be able to purchase real estate with a home loan.
Major advantages:
- down payment from 20% of the value of the mortgaged property;
- maximum loan period – up to 20 years;
- preferential rate – 3 or 7% (depending on the category of the mortgagor);
