As it is known, since October 1, preferential mortgage lending “eOseliia” has been operating in Ukraine. Now only certain categories of the population can purchase real estate, and starting from 2023, all citizens subject to mortgage conditions will be able to do that. A month after the program launch, 11,000 Ukrainians have already applied for preferential loans.
In order to find out if you can qualify for a preferential government mortgage, you should fill out a form on “Diia” portal, indicating your marital status, your spouse’s personal data, if you are in an official or civil marriage, the number of minor children under 18 who are going to live in the same apartment with you, and the average monthly family income. Then the data on the desired housing and the bank to which you want to send the application are provided. Check the application, sign it electronically and send.

Based on the results of the data review, the bank will contact you by phone or e-mail and inform you about the next steps.
In case of a positive response from the financial institution, you should choose housing, collect all the necessary documents and submit them to the bank. After the bank makes a decision on lending, you conclude a contract for the purchase of real estate and a contract for a mortgage. And that's it; the apartment is almost yours.
