For the third month in a row, our defenders have been bravely and selflessly defending Ukrainian lands. Volunteers, caring Ukrainians, and a huge number of foreign citizens help us to lead to Victory ever closer!
Meanwhile, Ukrainian business acts as a reliable base for its defenders.
RIEL Real Estate Corporation team joined the charity front from day one of the Russian invasion. Since the outbreak of the war, we have been providing construction materials and equipment for cities fortification, helping displaced people, handing over equipment to the military, supplying food to areas that need it, and we have created and train a separate unit of paramilitary troops.
However, we do not forget our main task – to create modern and comfortable housing for thousands of families. Simply put - to build them.
In late March, we decided that it was time to open a new front that would work behind the scenes, in Lviv, for the benefit of citizens, families, and the state. After all, battles are won by the army, and wars by the economy. In this, we supported the calls of the government, regional and city leadership to resume our business activity. Thus, we resumed the construction of 28 houses in Lviv in all our residential complexes in several steps. More than that, during the war, several stages at two Lviv residential complexes were commissioned.
Now we are ready to move on. So, we are happy to share the good news: we are resuming construction work on our objects in Kyiv, in order to fulfil our obligations to clients as soon as possible and to give the opportunity to take ownership of the property in the commissioned objects, which is a big advantage in wartime.
The builders are already returning to work at Ok'Land RC (all three stages), Nordica Residence RC (first and second stages), Bereh Dnipra RC, Forward RC, and Lvivska Ploshcha RC. On the commissioned first stage of Lvivska Ploshcha RC, title to apartments will begin to be registered as soon as the notary registers are operational.
We are also resuming the sale of property, with which purpose we are opening our sales departments at Hlybochytska Street, Povitroflotskyi Prospect and Dniprovskyi Embankment.
Please note that the deadline for the completion of works may be adjusted for some objects, which is caused by the complicated supply of construction materials, their significant increase in price, and other circumstances caused by the situation in the country. However, as compensation for these inconveniences, we will provide investors with access to repair work as soon as construction readiness allows.
