According to the results of one of the most popular specialized online news outlets LUN’s 2021 poll, RIEL Real Estate Corporation residential complexes ranked first-line in TOP-20 rating of the most popular new buildings in Kyiv and Lviv.
Among 26 developers in the metropolitan market, REC RIEL topped the rating with Great RC, which the Corporation develops jointly with their partners. Among 21 Lviv developers, REC RIEL took the 1st place in the rating with Mіstechko Pidzamche RC, the 2nd place with Shengen RC and with America RC - the 7th.
Besides, REC RIEL has had the lead in terms of building area in Lviv with a share of 24% and entered the TOP-25 developers in Kyiv in terms of the same indicator.
The study was conducted for 2021. The analysts relied on data from their own research, data of demographic studies commissioned by a specialized online news outlet and data from publicly available sources.
