Statistics from the real estate website LUN and the NV publication show that since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, more than 300,000 square meters of housing have been commissioned in Lviv.
The leader in completing projects was Real Estate Corporation RIEL, which successfully commissioned more than 172,000 square meters of housing in such complexes as Riel City, Dolce Vita, Velyka Brytaniia, Shengen, America, Holoski Kruchi, Yaroslavenka, and Companion between February 24, 2022, and December 31, 2023.
Summarizing the achievements of the TOP-15 most active developers in Lviv, it is worth noting that over the same period, a total of more than 613,000 square meters of housing was commissioned.
It is worth reminding that this year Real Estate Corporation RIEL plans to start construction of five new projects in Lviv and six in Kyiv.
