Actually, here are the conditions for purchasing a parking space by instalments:
- if the contribution is 10%, the total cost increases by 10% with peg to the USD exchange rate (on the day of agreement execution);
- if the contribution is 20%, the total cost increases by 8% with peg to the USD exchange rate (on the day of agreement execution);
- if the contribution is 40%, the total cost increases by 4% with peg to the USD exchange rate (on the day of agreement execution);
- if the contribution is 60%, standard price with peg to the USD exchange rate (on the day of agreement execution);
- if the contribution is 85%, standard price without peg to the USD exchange rate.
With full payment of the entire amount, a 3% discount from the total cost.
The instalment plan is until February 2024.
