We continue to provide updates on the progress of construction works at the Vezha Residential Complex, which is part of the large-scale Mistecko Pidzamche project.
In the third stage, Section 8.1, the installation of internal electrical networks has been completed. Screed works in the common areas are currently underway.
In Section 7.3, tiling works in the common areas are nearing completion. At the same time, preparations for final finishing are in progress, floor tiling in the common areas continues, and apartment entrance doors have been installed.
In Section 7.2, masonry works for internal walls are ongoing. In Section 7.1, the installation of window units is commencing.
In the fifth stage, the installation of air ventilators in the metal-plastic kitchen windows is ongoing. Works on the installation of external and internal gas supply networks are also in progress. In addition, apartment handover and acceptance certificates have been prepared.
