Construction of the Shengen residential complex in Lviv is ongoing. In the Stage III, works are being carried out in the Buildings 9 and 7.
In the Building 9, plastering works have begun, backfilling of the basement levels is underway, and façade works are 90% complete.
In the Building 7, installation of internal engineering networks for heating and water supply continues, and the façade is 70% complete.
In the Stage IV, in Sections B1–C1, construction of the roof above the commercial premises is 60% complete. Installation of aluminium structures has reached 85%, and railing installation is ongoing. Floor tiling in the common areas of the commercial section has been completed. Elevator installation is 70% complete.
In Section B2–C1, installation works to restore the stylobate part are 85% complete, and foundation waterproofing is ongoing. Landscaping works are also in progress on the site, including paving with stone blocks.
