Construction of the Shengen Residential Complex in Lviv is actively progressing. In the third stage, work is underway on buildings No. 9 and No. 7.
In building No. 9, floor screeding in the common areas has been completed, basement wall masonry is in progress, and facade works are already 80% complete. In building No. 7, work continues on the installation of light wells, and the facade is 60% complete.
In the fourth phase, section B1–C1, work continues on the roof construction above the commercial premises. The installation of aluminium structures is 70% complete. Floor tiling in the common areas has been completed, and final finishing works in these areas have begun. The masonry of internal walls in the commercial premises is nearing completion, while elevator installation is ongoing, currently at 40% readiness.
In section B2–C1, the installation works for the restoration of the stylobate section have been 70% completed.
