Construction of the business-class Maxima Residence development in Kyiv, being delivered by RIEL in partnership with Turkish developer Bosphorus Development at 30 Konovaltsia Street, is continuing.
In Section 1, installation of the window units and works to the window reveals and drainage system are nearing completion. Installation of porcelain stoneware façade cladding is continuing, and fire barriers have been installed around all window units. 80% of apartment entrance doors have been installed. Since mid-August, installation of the subframe for the HPL panels has been under way in accordance with the design. Building services are 85% complete, while floor screeds have been laid across 95% of the floor area. Internal finishing works in the basement plant rooms are also nearing completion, and technical doors are being installed.
In Section 2, installation of the window units is continuing, along with works to the window reveals and the drainage system for the outdoor air-conditioning units. Installation of building services is ongoing, the boiler plant equipment is 95% installed, and floor screeds have been laid across 75% of the floor area. Façade works and the installation of apartment entrance doors are continuing in parallel. Crane No. 1 has been dismantled, and works to complete the stylobate section are commencing.
In Section 3, reinforced concrete works on the basement and ground floors have been completed. Reinforced concrete works on the first floor are currently under way. Waterproofing of the foundations and basement walls has also been completed.
