Construction of the Shengen Residential Complex in Lviv is ongoing. Below is an overview of the work carried out in November within Stages 3 and 4 of the project.
In Stage 3, plastering works were completed in two sections of the Building 9. Façade works are 90% complete. In Section 9.1, vestibule doors were installed, and backfilling of the basement level was in progress. In Section 9.2, backfilling of the basement level was completed, and installation of internal engineering networks for water supply and heating at the basement levels began.
In the Building 7, installation of internal engineering networks for heating and water supply continued, with 90% completion achieved. At the same time, works on external water supply and sewerage networks were also underway.
In Stage 4, in Sections B1–S1, roofing works over the commercial premises are 80% complete. Installation of aluminum structures has been completed at 90%, and railing installation was ongoing. Installation of elevator equipment has been completed at 80%.
In Sections B2–S1, installation works for the restoration of the stylobate structure are 95% complete. Waterproofing of the foundation and landscaping of the adjacent territory were ongoing.
