Construction Progress of the Brama.

In the Stage 2, installation of the fire alarm systems has been completed in Sections B-1, B-2, and B-3. In Section B-2, wall puttying in the common areas has been finalised. In all three sections — B-1, B-2, B-3 — the final finishing of the common areas has been completed. Installation of the surface for the children’s playground is also underway, along with landscaping works between Stages 2 and 3.

In the Stage 3, Section V-3, masonry works on the walls and partition walls are ongoing, along with the installation of ventilation ducts and chimney systems. Installation of the sewer risers has begun. Landscaping works on the surrounding territory are also continuing in parallel.
