Therefore, additional weekends and stay-at-home days have been canceled due to the martial law in the country.
In Lviv, working hours of sales departments is as follows:
- April 22 (short day) we work from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (offices at 10 V. Velykyi St., 116 Bohdan Khmelnytskyi St.).
- April 23-24 – days-off.
- April 25 – America RC and Mistechko Pidzamche RC are open from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Service departments:
- April 22 (short day) we work from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

- April 25 (short day) we work from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Call centres:
- April 22 – we work from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- April 23 – from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- April 24 – day-off.
- April 25 – from 10:00 a.m. to 00:00 p.m.
Call centres working hours in Kyiv:
- April 22 we work from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- April 23 – from 10:00 a.m. to 20:00 p.m.
- April 24 – day-off.
- April 25 – from 10:00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.
