For several months, various Internet resources have been spreading false information about the lack of permits from RIEL Corporation for the construction of the Lviv Quarter residential complex in Kyiv, at vul. Hlybochytska, 13. These rumors are based on data posted on the website of the Urban Cadastre of Kyiv, where the construction is called "spontaneous".

We want to once again refute this information, which is untrue and damages the good name of RIEL Corporation, a company that has been successfully operating for 13 years and enjoys a reputation as a reliable developer.
The company has all permits, namely: PERMIT for construction works № ІУ 115160822189, issued by the State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate of Ukraine dated March 22, 2016, EXPERT REPORT № 144/15, issued by the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine , State Enterprise State Research and Design Institute Ndiproektrekonstruktsiya dated February 16, 2016, APPENDIX to the expert report № 144/15, CONTROL CARD № 16100042-Shv, issued by the Department of Public Works and Environmental Protection of Kyiv. The allegations in the absence of an architectural and planning task (APZ) are also unfounded, as the need for an APZ has expired on the basis of the Order of the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction № 527 of 21.11.2008. We would like to note that RIEL has not received any comments, instructions or claims from the controlling bodies of Kyiv. We would like to inform you that RIEL Corporation has sent an official letter to MIAS ZMD "Kyiv Urban Planning Cadastre" with a request to refute false information posted on the Cadastre website by June 1, 2016 and bring to justice those who damage the reputation of the construction corporation due to their incompetence. . Otherwise, the management of RIEL will be forced to apply to law enforcement agencies and courts for damages.
