In the Riel City, we are creating not only housing, but also a complete living space. One of the key infrastructure facilities will be a modern school with a preschool, the construction of which is steadily progressing.
Currently, 80% of the blockwork has been completed, 90% of the windows have been installed, and the roof is 70% ready. The installation of aluminium structures has begun.
The project involves a two-storey building with an area of over 5,000 square metres, with a swimming pool and underground shelter. Inside, there will be spacious classrooms, recreation areas, halls for events and sports activities.
At the same time, we are working on the implementation of other children’s facilities to provide residents with everything they need for a comfortable and safe life.
The Riel City is a living space, not a residential complex. We have people living here, not ‘residents.’ Our philosophy is to spend more time on the premises, which is why we have created an open infrastructure.
