We continue construction of the Mistechko Pidzamche. Brama Residential Complex in Lviv and are pleased to share the latest project update.
Stage 2: installation of railings and stair flights is nearing completion. In all sections, final wall finishes on the ground floors have been fully completed, along with the installation of decorative ceilings on the ground floors. Preparation of documentation for commissioning the building is at its final stage. Meanwhile, installation of fire safety systems is ongoing in the underground car park.
Stage 3: in Section B-3, wall and partition masonry works continue at the fourth-floor level. In Section B-4, window installation is ongoing. At the same time, preparatory works for façade installation are underway.
Mistechko Pidzamche is a residential quarter located near the historic centre of Lviv, where modern solutions are thoughtfully integrated with the character and scale of the old city.
