Construction works at the business-class Maxima Residence Residential Complex located at 30 Konovaltsia Street in Kyiv are progressing in accordance with the planned schedule.
Section 1: Installation of window units on the lower floors is ongoing. Active façade works continue: all brackets for the subsequent installation of the façade substructure have been installed, thermal insulation and sealing works are underway. In parallel, installation works for passenger lifts are being carried out.
Section 2: Installation of window units on the upper floors is ongoing, with active glazing of the floor perimeters in preparation for horizontal installation of engineering networks. Installation of the final layer of roof insulation is nearing completion.
Section 3: Preparatory works for the installation of the grillage are being completed, with the final stage of relocating engineering networks outside the building footprint underway. Construction of the foundation for tower crane No. 3 has commenced.
Maxima Residence is a modern business-class residential complex developed by RIEL in partnership with Bosphorus Development.
