Construction works in the third stage of Ok’Land RC are actively continuing. Currently, we are finishing the common areas and staircases, which is 75% complete, and installing apartment doors – 95% complete, technical doors – 70% complete. The basement utilities are 50% complete, and the internal utilities (water supply, sewerage, heating, and electricity) are 87% complete. Works on the façade insulation are nearing completion with 90% readiness, and the screeding of the interior premises (apartments, maisonettes) is 99% complete.
In parking lot No. 1, the laying of drainage trays for the first floor continues. The fire extinguishing system is 82% complete, the warning system is 50% complete, and the water supply and sewerage networks have been laid. The arrangement of power supply and lighting networks continues.
In parking lot No. 2, the smoke removal system is 99% complete, and the finishing works and arrangement of the electrical control room are 90% complete. Utility networks (electricity, water supply, sewerage) and lighting are 99% complete. The screed has been fully completed, and gates and doors have been installed. Parking lot markings and wheel chocks have also been applied, and the pump room is 100% complete.
