RIEL Real Estate Corporation reports on the successful completion of 2024 and the commissioning of fourteen new facilities. In Lviv, buildings and stages of such residential complexes as Shengen, America, Brama, Novyi Fort, Villa Pohulianka and Vezha were commissioned. In total, 1454 apartments with a total living area of 35,998 square meters were handed over in the city of Lviv.
In Kyiv, the company has commissioned Forward and Bereh Dnipra Residential Complexes, as well as an underground parking lot in the Ok’Land Residential Complex with a total area of 6 068 square meters. The total number of apartments in the capital is 535, and the total living space is 11,542 square meters.
In total, 1989 apartments were commissioned in the two cities, and the total residential area of all facilities commissioned in 2024 is 47 540 square meters. These figures confirm the stable growth of RIEL Real Estate Corporation in difficult times and its commitment to offering the market quality real estate of the European level.
