Viktoriia Melnyk

Viktoriia Melnyk is a finance professional with over 15 years of experience in corporate finance. She has worked in financial consulting and held Chief Financial Officer positions at companies across various industries, developing extensive expertise in financial management, planning and improving business efficiency.

Viktoriia joined the RIEL Group of Companies in 2020. As Chief Financial Officer, she is responsible for strategic financial planning, cash flow management, optimising the company’s capital structure and developing its financial control systems.

Her key areas of responsibility at RIEL include developing corporate finance practices, implementing modern management tools and strengthening the company’s financial resilience. Her approach combines systematic thinking, strong analytical skills and strategic vision.

Viktoriia holds an MBA in Finance. Outside work, she enjoys skiing, yoga and running.
